The £29 minimum order includes digital cloud download and return postage for your original discs. Pricing applies to home video discs, including DVDs and Blu-rays. Optional USB copies, unusual disc problems, or larger mixed orders can be confirmed before work begins.

What format will my videos be supplied in?

Do you charge different prices for different disc types?
No. For home video conversion, we keep pricing simple. Standard home video DVDs, wedding DVDs, Blu-ray memory discs and camcorder mini DVDs are handled under the same clear pricing structure.
Can you convert camcorder mini DVDs?
Yes, in many cases we can convert camcorder mini DVDs, including personal family recordings and event footage.
What if my DVD does not play anymore?
We can assess difficult discs and recover what is possible, but badly degraded, cracked or heavily damaged DVDs may not always be readable. We will be honest about what can and cannot be recovered.
Can you put the videos on a USB stick?
Yes. Private cloud download is available, and USB can be supplied as an optional extra.
Can family members share one order?
Yes. Families often combine DVDs into one order to get better pricing. One person can place the order, then share the digital files with relatives once the conversion is complete.
Do you only convert DVDs from Cornwall customers?
