Pet peeves include...

• Part way through a TV series only to find it's been pulled.
• The shows you want to watch are not available
• Blockbusters which are now available on disc, still unavailable on Netflix.
• Too much focus is given to own show creations which don't interest you.
• Too many old movies which you already own.
• All too often the service is down, skittish or of low quality.
• The half-screen title menu makes it cumbersome to find something worthy to watch.
