Add your details inside the parcel
Include your name, email address, phone number and order reference inside the package. This is a useful backup if the outer label becomes damaged.
Use a padded envelope or small box
A padded mailer can work for a small number of discs. For larger batches, use a small box with padding so the cases cannot move around too much.
Send by tracked post or courier
Use a tracked service so you can see when the parcel has been delivered. For especially precious discs, choose a service level that reflects their importance to your family.
Should you send the original cases?
If the cases help protect the discs and identify what is on them, yes, it is usually better to send them.
