Tell us what you have found and we will guide you from there. Whether it is one old family DVD, a wedding disc, a box of camcorder recordings or a larger family archive, we will review the details and confirm the best way to convert them safely.

You do not need to know every technical detail. Just give us an approximate idea of the discs you have and we will come back with a clear quote before any work begins.

What happens next

Once your quote request arrives, we will review what you have told us and reply with clear next steps.

  1. We review your request. We usually reply within 1 working day.
  2. We confirm the quote. You will know the cost before sending anything.
  3. You send your discs. We will give you clear posting guidance.
  4. We convert your memories. Your recordings are prepared as digital files.
  5. Your discs are returned. Originals come back to you safely after conversion.

Not sure what you have?

That is completely normal. Many customers find old discs in drawers, cupboards, lofts or family boxes and are not sure what is on them.

  • DVD, mini DVD and Blu-ray home video discs can be included.
  • Wedding, birthday, holiday, family and pet recordings are welcome.
  • You can tell us if more discs may be added later.
  • We will help you choose between secure download, USB, or both.

If the discs are precious, personal or difficult to replace, please say so in the notes box. We understand these are not just discs, they are family memories.
