Start Your OrderSend your disc
After your order is received, we email your order number. Include this with your wedding DVD, Blu-ray or camcorder disc so we can carefully match your discs to you when they arrive.
Receive your MP4
Once converted, you receive your digital file by secure download. Gift box and USB orders are prepared and posted with your original discs returned afterwards.

My wedding DVD or Blu-ray will not play. Can you still convert it?
Sometimes, yes. If the disc can still be read, we may be able to convert it. If the disc is physically damaged or the data layer has failed, recovery may not always be possible. The sooner you act, the better the chance of saving it.
Can you convert my wedding DVD or Blu-ray to USB?
Yes. Secure download is included as standard, and an optional USB copy can be supplied if you would like a physical digital copy as well.
What is included in the Wedding Anniversary Gift Box?
The gift box option includes conversion of up to 2 wedding discs to MP4, a dual USB 3.0 and USB-C memory stick, presentation gift box, beautiful printed insert design, optional short personal message, secure download and return of your original discs.
Can I add a personal message inside the gift box?
Yes. You can choose one of our example messages or write your own short message within the character limit. To keep the presentation clean and elegant, messages are kept brief.
My anniversary is coming soon. Can you complete it in time?
Tell us the anniversary date when ordering. Typical completion is around 7 days after discs are received, but timing depends on postal delivery, disc condition and current workload. We will always be honest if the date looks too tight.
Will the MP4 file work on my phone, tablet or smart TV?
MP4 is a widely supported digital video format. It is suitable for watching on modern phones, tablets, laptops, many smart TVs and media devices.
Do I get my original wedding disc back?
Yes. Your original DVD, Blu-ray or camcorder disc is returned to you after conversion.
Is this the same as wedding DVD transfer, Blu-ray transfer, digitisation or ripping?
