My wedding DVD or Blu-ray will not play. Can you still convert it?
Sometimes, yes. If the disc can still be read, we may be able to convert it. Light scratches, age-related wear or playback problems do not automatically mean the recording is lost.
If the disc is badly damaged or the data layer has failed, recovery may not always be possible. This is one reason we recommend preserving important wedding recordings before the disc becomes completely unreadable. You can read more in Why Home Video DVDs Fail.
Can you convert my wedding DVD or Blu-ray to USB?
Yes. Your wedding video is converted into a digital MP4 file. Secure download is included as standard, and an optional USB copy can be supplied if you would also like a physical digital version.
What is included in the Wedding Anniversary Gift Box?
The gift box option includes conversion of up to 2 wedding discs to MP4, secure digital download, a dual USB 3.0 and USB-C memory stick, presentation gift box, printed insert design, optional short personal message, return postage and return of your original discs.
Can I add a personal message inside the gift box?
Yes. You can choose one of our example messages or write your own short message within the character limit. To keep the presentation clean and elegant, messages are intentionally kept brief.
My anniversary is coming soon. Can you complete it in time?
Tell us the anniversary date when ordering. Typical completion is around 7 days after the discs are received, but timing depends on postal delivery, disc condition and current workload. We will always tell you if the requested date looks too tight.
Will the MP4 file work on my phone, tablet or smart TV?
MP4 is a widely supported digital video format and is suitable for viewing on modern phones, tablets, laptops, computers, many smart TVs and compatible media devices.
Do I get my original wedding disc back?
Yes. Your original DVD, Blu-ray or camcorder disc remains yours and is returned after conversion.
How do I safely send an irreplaceable wedding DVD to DIGIRAW?
Most customers send their wedding discs by post or courier. We understand that posting the only copy of a wedding film can feel very different from sending an ordinary parcel.

What happens to my wedding disc after it arrives?
Your disc is handled as a customer original, matched to your order, prepared for conversion and checked as part of the transfer process. Once your wedding film has been converted and delivered, your original disc is returned to you.
